"There is no crueler tyranny than that which is perpetuated
under the shield of law and in the name of justice." Baron de Montesquieu, "The Spirit of the Laws", 1748.
While some U.S. Judges bravely stand against the government's attempts to deprive them of their independent power, maintaining the constitutional separation that U.S. founders envisioned, the Judges of The Ninth Circuit I have filed a complaint against have chosen a different path entirely. They have submissively admitted the role of mere tool in the hands of executives to legitimize their legally flawed decisions, distortingthe purpose of independent judicial review.
