WHY MOST OF INTERPOL DIFFUSIONS ARE ILLEGAL?

Do you know why most diffusions circulating through INTERPOL are actually illegal? Here's the problem - INTERPOL Diffusions are supposed to be temporary alerts used only in urgent circumstances to prevent real criminals from slipping through the cracks of the system. But in practice, many Diffusions stay active forever - far beyond of initial need - without any documentation or review.

Indeed, what is the problem to support Diffusion by evidence if it's requested upon real criminal? By law and common sense after 2 or 3 months of initial need any Diffusion should be backed up with proper documentation (like a Red Notice) or deleted entirely. Otherwise, it becomes an unjustifiable tool for pursuing individuals.

Law enforcement agencies can place anyone under an INTERPOL Diffusion without presenting any valid documentation. Originally, this tool was designed for urgent situations involving extremely dangerous criminals or acts, where there’s no time to initiate a formal criminal case or secure a court-issued arrest warrant. However, if the individual in question escapes, the Diffusion must either be converted into a Red Notice - supported by evidence - or deleted completely.

However nothing of the kind happens, that gives the authoritarian or like-minded regimes a great tool to persecute their political enemies worldwide. The INTERPOL Diffusion system, nowadays, became a convenient accomplice to those regimes who incline to persecute individuals without legal justification. All of this violates Interpol's own Constitution specifically article 2.

So, I hope under a new leadership INTERPOL will become much more lawfully acting international organization respecting the Article 2 of its own Constitution prescribing to act in the spirit of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR). Specifically, Article 9 of the UDHR prescribing - No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile.

Anything less - is a sheer abuse of this system. And there is no other rational and adequit interpretation of the INTERPOL Diffusion.
